This cozy studio apartment on Calle Castellar, in Regina-La Encarnación, covers an area of 50 m² and opens out onto an interior patio. The fully furnished property is equipped with AC and has a single bed, nicely renovated bathroom, and a kitchen with all the essentials.
The apartment is located in a central and well-connected area, just 5 minutes from the Alameda de Hercules. Sevilla's Cathedral is a 15-minute walk away, and you will find shops, supermarkets, and some of the city's best restaurants within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The studio is furnished with a TV, washing machine, and dining table.
- There is a spacious wardrobe and shelving unit to store your personal items.
- The kitchen comes with a coffee machine, microwave, and refrigerator.
- The bathroom is nicely tiled.
- The apartment is in one of the best area's to live in Sevilla!
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
