Pleno centro Plaza del Salvador, junto a la plaza Nueva y al Ayuntamiento area de la Alfalfa y las setas, Catedral y la Giralda , zona de residentes y estudiantes, todo está muy cerca. Mejor zona del centro todo tipo de restaurantes, tiendas, bares y pubs, clubes gimnasio, supermercados, paradas de autobus, zona historia, a un minuto, Catedral de Sevilla, barrio de Santa Cruz y a menos de 10 minutos andando en llegar la Universidad de Sevilla.
Vivirás en pleno centro de Sevilla con todos los servicios y la seguridad de vivir en el centro a cualquier hora y te ahorraras dinero y tiempo al no tener que utilizar autobuses ( no tendrás que depender de horarios de autobuses ), taxis etc, pudiendo desplazarte en bicicleta. Existe servicio público de bicicleta, y servicio de alquiler de motocicletas se dispone de otros pisos en otras zonas de la ciudad.
TRANSPORTE
Se puede tomar el metro para llegar a la Universidad Pablo de Olavide, UPO, ya que la estación de metro de Puerta de Jerez está cerca. Además, la estación de trenes esta a unos 10 minutos, donde esta tambien el autobus del aeropuerto, por lo que se puede viajar fácilmente a otras ciudades españolas. lineas autobuses 1/5/10/11/12/15/16/20/21/24/40/41/43c3/c4/c5, Tranvia T1.Plaza de armas estacion autobuses 10 minutos andando, para ir zona del aljafare sevillano, o viajar a malaga, granada, codoba, madrid, etc El piso esta junto a los mas famosos monumentos de la ciudad y zonas emblematicas como la alameda ,las setas, ayuntamiento y catedral,y paseo fluvial del rio Guadalquivir y bien ubicado.
