Furnished Single studio with kitchen and terrace for rent on the Cartuja university campus.
Rooms are high quality and fully equipped. 11-15m2, with 140cm bed, kitchen (ceramic hob and extractor hood), private bathroom and terrace, as well as wardrobe, desk with study chair, hot/cold air conditioning, Wifi + cable internet access, fridge and microwave.
You can walk to the university, do your class projects in some of our study rooms, watch films in our cinema, take a rest in our cafeteria or take a dip in the swimming pool during class breaks!
