What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartement has a separate entrance and is part of our house. The area is luxurios and one of the best in Stockholm, very calm and safe. The surroundings have a center, forest, golf course and near to communications. Stockholm city is not very far away and major Schools pretty close. The size is fortyfive sqm and has two rooms a small kitchen with microwave and cooking facilities.
We have had master students as tenants for more than ten years and it has worked very well. If you want a quite place for one person in an excellent area this is likely to be the right one. Availability; September-May.
