Furnished 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Unterländer Str. This well located and completely furnished studio apartment in the center of Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen was recently opened. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped. The sleeping area is separated with a glass sliding door. The apartment house has an elevator and a laundry room in the basement with washers and dryers.
The price includes all utilities, internet, all taxes and a bi-weekly cleaning including the change of bedclothes and towels.
Private parking sports are available for additional costs.
