Shared apartment in Stuttgart

Important:

1) please notice that after booking confirmation you can contact the landlord at the email that will be shared, while, after the contract signature, you will be able to get in touch with them by you private area in their website.

2) make sure to comply with the payment of the security deposit and the admin fee (if any, named as "membership fee") and to sign the contract as soon as you receive the communication, in order to complete your booking

3) move-in instructions will be shared only after the point above (2).

• Age requirements:
• Room: 18 - 39 years old
• Studio and one bedroom apartments: no age requirements (from 18 years old on)

For units rented in Italy. Extra costs are required for registering your contract (mandatory)

• 1% of your annual contract
• 32€ of duty stamps
• 67€ of closing costs

• Required documents:
• ID / Passport
• Proof of income
• Only single occupancy for rooms
• Overnight guests permitted: yes
• Maximum nights per month: 5

• Check-in/out:
• Check-in hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00
• Check-out hours: before 12:00
• No check-in on bank holidays and weekends

• There must be at least three business days between booking date and check-in date
• Bed linen: included

• The deposit and the landlord admin fee ("membership fee", if any) must be paid prior to contract start date.

​

*The check-out date must be communicated to the landlord before the due date (see "rental contract termination period"), regardless of the date entered in the booking request. Otherwise, the rent for the missing months before the contract expiration will be required.

Although the type of contract is fortnightly, please notice that (as only exception) in December and August contracts can only end on 31/12 and on 31/08 (Germany only).

*Regarding the properties in France managed by this housing provider: CAF assistance can be provided, the amount will depend on the tenant's situation.

*Please notice that in case of seasonal discounts on the rent price, the lower price will not apply twice to the same booked month (of a different year). (e.g. if a discount applies on next September, it won't apply to the following September, but it ends from the first month in the calendar with full price)
