Casa de pueblo muy acogedora (es nuestra segunda residencia) muy bien situada en Marçà pequeña población de tan sólo unos quinientos habitantes que se encuentra entre Les Serres del Montsant y la de Llavería, zonas vitivinícolas del Priorat donde se respira aire puro y tranquilidad, ideal para teletrabajar los nómadas digitales, también trabajadores temporales desplazados etc... con calefacción y aire acondicionado, comodidad sin lujos donde se sentiran como en su propia casa!!! Buena comunicación a sólo cincuenta mts parada Bus, a seiscientos mts estación del tren y cercano al aeropuerto de Reus. Notas: NO es posible empadronarse en esta propiedad y es imprescindible tener DNI o NIE actual (No sirve pasaporte) y también justificar la estancia por motivos de trabajo o estudios, de lo contrario no será posible el alquiler en esta vivienda. Gracias.
