Cerca de la playa, del pueblo, tiendas y la estación del tren. La playa de La paella está muy cerca a pie, es muy amplia y segura. Centro de buceo y otros deportes muy cerca. Excelente vecindario. THIS IS NOT AN APARTMENT, IT IS A HOUSE in private enclosure with gated parking, swimming pool and BBQ. The house is vey comfortable y enjoys a perfect location. Close to the beach, the village, shops and train station. The beach of La Paella is within easy walking distance, is spacious and safe. Scuba diving and other sports nearby. Excellent neighbourhood.
