Juntamente com estas comodidades e estando a menos de um minuto a pé do ferry da ilha de Tavira, faz desta casa maravilhosamente luxuosa uma das mais procuradas em Tavira!
A Amarela 17 foi totalmente reconstruída em 2022/2023, equipada e mobilada ao mais alto nível, tendo em conta o conforto e a praticidade, mantendo o seu carácter histórico.
Com capacidade para oito pessoas, dispõe de quatro quartos e quatro casas de banho, sendo uma delas privativa com banheira e duche. As camas de casal de dois dos quartos podem ser convertidas em camas de solteiro e todas as janelas dos quartos e das casas de banho estão equipadas com redes mosquiteiras. As camas são extremamente confortáveis, com roupa de cama branca de algodão puro e almofadas macias ou firmes à escolha.
O pátio interior possui um sofá, poltronas e uma mesa de jantar sob uma pérgola iluminada. No terraço, uma piscina com duas espreguiçadeiras, uma mesa e cadeiras estilo café. Estão disponíveis tapetes de ioga e toalhas de banho turco para a piscina e para a praia.
Uma elegante sala de estar/jantar com acesso ao pátio e uma sala de televisão/jogos/escritório que dispõe de uma grande smart tv e uma secretária embutida, torna esta sala polivalente perfeita para aqueles que precisam de um espaço de trabalho durante a sua estadia. O acesso Wi-Fi é rápido e está disponível em toda a casa.
A cozinha está totalmente equipada com eletrodomésticos da marca Bosch, um grande frigorífico/congelador americano, máquina de lavar louça, dois fornos (um micro-ondas combinado), um batedor Nespresso, uma máquina de café, uma grande despensa e um canto acolhedor para o pequeno-almoço. Também possui uma torneira integrada com filtro de água fria, pelo que não é necessário comprar garrafas de água mineral, o que é um grande bónus.
