A sua fabulosa localização fica a menos de um minuto a pé do ferry para a ilha de Tavira e a cinco minutos a pé do maravilhoso mercado de produtos frescos. Há também uma enorme variedade de cafés e restaurantes nas proximidades, onde pode desfrutar das especialidades da região. O apartamento fica no rés do chão de uma moradia em banda, com a sua própria porta de entrada para a rua. É composto por dois quartos e duas casas de banho, uma cozinha totalmente equipada com espaço para refeições e uma sala de estar com smart TV e wifi rápido. Os quartos e a sala de estar/jantar estão equipados com ar condicionado.
A cozinha está totalmente equipada com electrodomésticos novos da marca Bosch (forno, frigorífico/congelador, máquina de lavar louça), máquina de café, torradeira e um batedor de leite Nespresso para cappuccinos! Torneira separada para água filtrada, tornando desnecessária a compra de água engarrafada - um bónus enorme! Ferro/tábua de engomar, guarda-sol e toalhas de banho turco para a praia são fornecidos. Sala de estar / jantar: sofá grande, poltrona, Smart TV, mesa de jantar e 4 cadeiras. O pequeno pátio interno com uma mesa e cadeiras estilo café, possui um poço antigo (coberto com uma grade de segurança). Os muros do pátio interior continuam pela casa principal, por cima do apartamento.
Quarto 1 - pode ser composto por 1 cama king-size (180cm x 200cm) ou 2 camas individuais (90cm x 200cm cada), armário embutido e secretária/toucador, secador de cabelo, porta do pátio com rede mosquiteira, porta interna de ligação ao quarto 2.
