The flat is on the mezzanine floor of a quiet residential building (no lift). It has 1 bedroom with a work space (desk/drawers/plugs). The living area is open with a dining table & a fully equipped kitchenette (small oven, 2 hobs, small fridge with freezer, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans, cups & glasses) & a spacious couch that can sleep 1 adult comfortably. Shower room with washing machine is separated of WC. Has a tiny balcony for cloth drying hanger. Has an A/C in living room for both cooling & heating. The ceiling is approximately 210cm high & bedroom's door is lower at approx 190cm so it might not suitable for very tall people.
