This beautiful flat has 4 bright rooms, one of which has a balcony, a large bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat is included in a very good geographical situation allowing to take advantage of the life in the city centre. The apartment is decorated and furnished with care. Each room in the flat is eligible for APL according to CAF conditions.

  • When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
  • Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
  • When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

Documents required

Firstly, please grab the following documents. You’ll need them in the next stage of your application, and you won’t be able to make a booking without them.

If you are a professional, you need to provide:

  • ID or Passport
  • Proof of income (3x higher than the rent and charges)
  • Residence permit (signed employment contract or offer letter from your future employer should work too).

If you are a student, you need the same documents from your guarantor.

  • University acceptance letter

    • Price for 2 people: price as advertised +20%

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
