The accommodation, quiet and newly furnished, offers ample parking.

Large single room with balcony furnished with a queen-size bed with slatted base, a bedside table, two large wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The desk is spacious, ideal for having a large work surface where you can study. The French window creates a bright and airy environment, ideal for studying. - Booking and Check In procedure
- As soon as the booking request is accepted, you will receive a link to collect all your data to compile your preliminary contract
- Preliminary contract summarizes all rent and payment conditions. (Payment is divided into three moments):
- Payment with Spotahome
- Deposit payment due at signing preliminary contract
- Balance payment due before key delivery
- You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt
- In the next days you will receive a link to schedule your check in appointment
