Apartment renovated in 2015 onthe third floor of a building with lift, the accommodation consists of asingle room and adouble room that can also be rented for single use, aliving area with an equipped kitchenette (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, table ) and 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. Located in the very central via Prepositura of Trento, right in front of Torre Vanga and a few steps from the university area and the station,bright and welcoming, this apartment is ideal for those looking for comfortable and not too numerous accommodation: in fact it can accommodate only three tenants!

- Booking and Check In procedure
- As soon as the booking request is accepted, you will receive a link to collect all your data to compile your preliminary contract
- Preliminary contract summarizes all rent and payment conditions. (Payment is divided into three moments):

- Deposit payment due at signing preliminary contract
- Balance payment due before key delivery
- You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt
