Convenient and comfortable, the 130 m2 apartment is located on the third floor of a building overlooking the historic Torre Vanga and consists of 6 single rooms (two of which with balcony), 2 bathrooms, one with bath and the other withshower , a spacious eat-in kitchen with oven, burners, fridge, freezer and solid wood table with corner bench for convivial group meals and a closet . The estimated expenses refer to a virtuous consumption profile.

- Balance payment due before key delivery
