Apartment for 3 in a student residence equipped with all the comforts to not miss home! Air conditioning, terrace, laundry, common study area, charging for electric bikes. The apartment consists of three single rooms with balcony, a bathroom with shower and a furnished and equipped kitchen, equipped with the main appliances: dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave oven. The apartment is located on the third floor of a renovated building in via Venezia, a convenient location to reach both the Engineering faculty, the mathematics and physics faculties, and the city to attend the faculties of the center (Literature, Sociology, Economics and Law). Each room has forced mechanical ventilation that guarantees good air quality without the need for airing. The property has a large study room on the ground floor, an open space for common use by all tenants, a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, covered bike parking, charging for electric bikes. Parking space available at €60/month. Estimated expenses are based on a virtuous consumption profile.
