Apartment for 2 in a student residence equipped with all comforts: large desks, air conditioning, terrace, recharging for electric bikes, laundry, common study area (ready from 2022). The apartment consists of two single rooms with balconies, a bathroom with shower and a furnished and equipped kitchen, equipped with the main appliances: dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. The apartment is located on the top floor of a recently renovated building in via Venezia, a very convenient position to reach both Mesiano, seat of the Faculty of Engineering, and Povo, seat of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, and the city for attend the faculties of the center (Literature, Sociology, Economics and Law). Each room has forced mechanical ventilation that guarantees good air quality without the need for ventilation. The building is surrounded by a garden for the common use of all tenants, a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, bicycle parking spaces and up to 6 parking spaces can be rented for € 30 / month. one.
