Apartment for 3 in the PHO. ROOM student residence. The PHO. ROOM residence offers all its guests the comfort of apartments for 2 or 3 tenants and all the opportunities that a structure exclusively for students can offer both from the point of view of study and socialisation. The common areas are designed to encourage the interaction of children and the creation of collaboration opportunities that are very useful for attending university profitably.
The structure has:Cooking Area of 35 m² with 4 hobs, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers and dining area. Hobby Zone of 35 m2 with 50'' TV, playstation 4, relaxation area: ideal for socialising, having fun and studying in a group. Weekly cleaning service , and repurchase of basic necessities. PHO. ROOM is a residence to live, not a simple place to sleep! 40 students, 16 apartments for 3 or 2 tenants, 2 steps from faculty.
Cozy and bright room in 3-tenant units. We have used all the space to make this room not only comfortable but above all functional: the desk is very large to study comfortably, the upholstered chair will not hurt you during study sessions, the wardrobe, with two doors with drawers, is solid and capable, obviously there is a shelf for your books. But the most important aspect is that you will be in the PHO. ROOM residence and you will have access to all its services, you will be able to meet many nice people and you will live 2 steps from your faculty.

- Bills are estimated on previous tenants consumptions, 10% deviation from previous consumption is included, in case of deviation bigger than 10% the landlord can ask a compensation
- Booking and Check In procedure
- As soon as the booking request is accepted, you will receive a link to collect all your data to compile your preliminary contract
- Preliminary contract summarizes all rent and payment conditions. (Payment is divided into three moments):
- Payment with Spotahome
- Deposit payment due at signing preliminary contract
- Balance payment due before key delivery
- You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt
- In the next days you will receive a link to schedule your check in appointment
- The day before your check in you will have to pay the balance specified in the preliminary contract
- The check in day you will sign the final contract and you will receive your apartment keys
- Check-in/out:
- Check-in hours: 9.00 – 18.00 (from Monday to Friday)
