Bright and welcoming 135 m2 apartmentrecently renovated and with brand new furnishings. The apartment isexcellently locatedin Via Gocciadoro, a quiet area served by all the main services, a 5-minute walk from the S. Chiara train stop which takes you to Mesiano and the central train station in a few minutes. Located on the third floor of a building with a lift, located in an internal courtyard away from the main road, the apartment isvery quiet. It consists of 4 single rooms, one of which with a balcony, afully-equipped eat-in kitchen, also with direct access to the balcony of the house and2 bathrooms, one with a window and the other with a washing machine, both with new sanitary ware and spacious showers and modern The finishes are excellent, the floors in the living area and in the larger bedroom are in marble while the others are in parquet. Theentrance door is armored.

Queen size bed with light wood headboard, comfortable desk with chair with chest of drawers in an optimal position for studying, large 4-door wardrobe, chest of drawers and beautiful bookcase to store textbooks and keep the room always tidy.

- Balance payment due before key delivery
