Situato in una zona verde, tranquilla e sicura, la mansarda si trova al quarto ed ultimo piano dell’edificio senza ascensore. L’alloggio è un grande Open Space con una camera da letto, bagno e cucina. Utenze comprese, attenzione al consumo della corrente elettrica, per cui si chiede di usare il condizionatore e le luci con criterio. Il bagno è stato ristrutturato da poco ed ha la lavatrice il wc, bidet + la doccia. L’alloggio dispone di lenzuola, asciugamani, stoviglie e tutti gli elettrodomestici per la cucina. Ha un letto matrimoniale + un divano a letto. La capienza massima è di massimo due persone. Si accettano solo animali piccoli con costo aggiuntivo. Su richiesta pulizie a pagamento.
