L'appartamento è situato nella residenziale piu' centrale di Torino.
Collegata ottimamente da qualsiasi tipo di servizio pubblico,con la metropolitana a pochi minuti dal centro(stazione Porta Nuova),bus e servizio taxi .
La zona dello stabile è circondata di servizi e negozi (farmacie,supermercati,ristoranti,piccoli generi alimentari,bar,negozi d'abbigliamento,parrucchieri ecc).
Per raggiungere la metropolitana dalla struttura occorrono pochi minuti a piedi inoltre vi è la possibilita' di raggiungere parchi molto a piedi e di corsa grazie alle lunghe e spaziose strade pedonali.
Ottima opportunita' per studenti,lavoratori in trasferta o semplicemente turisti,essendo una zona adiacente al centro,vicina a diversi poli universitari,scuole di lingue e aziende.
La casa e' dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per una permanenza corta,media o lunga,con il wi-fi veloce che abbiamo installato è possibile lavorare da casa,inoltre grazie alle numerose prese sparse per tutto l'appartamento e' possibile sfruttarne ogni zona oltre alla comodissima scrivania presente in una cucina larga,spaziosa e abitabile.
Il balcone da sulla via della casa che e'molto tranquilla,poco trafficata e c'è parcheggio non a pagamento in tutta la zona
