Piazza Gran Madre, Piazza Vittorio, la Mole Antonelliana e altri luoghi d’interesse in centro sono facilmente raggiungibili in:
- 20’ a piedi (piacevole passeggiata lungo le rive del Po)
- 5’ in bus, linee 30 e 61 (fermata di fronte)

L'appartamento, luminoso e accogliente, rimane al terzo piano di una palazzina d'epoca ai piedi della collina ed è composto da:

Presenti molti itinerari ciclabili, a disposizione, nel cortile interno, una comoda rastrelliera per depositare le bici.
