On the ground floor of a typical Turin-style house, you enter the living room, where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, table, double sofa bed and TV. In the large bedroom (A/C) there is a double bed, big desk and wardrobe. The bathroom, very bright, has a washina machine and a large shower.
Also, you can use the common yard to temporarily leave bikes, strollers etc.

The apartment is equipped with central heating. Heating costs (not included) depend on consumption. In case of rent during the winter season the heating costs must be added.

This recently renovated, 1-bedroom apartment is warm and comfortable. It includes an open concept kitchen and living room area with large windows for natural lighting. The kitchen area is fully equipped. The bathroom includes a modern, lifted sink and bidet. One double bed and two single bunk beds are included in the well-arranged bedroom.
Crocetta is a bustling neighborhood. Come here to enjoy all of the amenities for everyday living including shops, supermarkets, gyms and restaurants. The University of Turin is only 19-minutes away by public transport. Central Turin is only 22-minutes away by public transport.
