L' appartamento è vicino alla fermata della metropolitana Massaua, ristrutturato e arredato a nuovo.
È al terzo piano, ci sono doppi vetri che forniscono meno dispersione termica e anche isolamento acustico e questo crea un ambiente silenzioso!
Molto luminoso, con due arie, un balcone dalla parte della cucina e una finestra dalla parte della camera da letto.
La camera ha il letto matrimoniale e il materasso è nuovo e sono presente la biancheria come lenzuola, coperte e ascougamani!È presente un divano letto in soggiorno con un tavolo e quattro sedie. La lavatrice è nuova, il frigo è perfettamente funzionante e dispone di tutto l' occorrente per cucinare come piatti, posate e pentole. La caldaia è nuova e l'acqua calda arriva rapidamente! Il riscaldamento con le termovalvole regolabili è centralizzato ma è possibile regolare l'intensità del calore!
Il bagno ha il box doccia!
È presente un cortiletto dove c'è la raccolta dei rifiuti, e in zona è facile trovare un posto auto!
Nelle vicinanze c'è un forno panetteria, una pizzeria, bar e supermercati! La zona è tranquilla e non è rumorosa!
