L'appartamento offre camere spaziose e luminose. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno, piano cottura, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, microonde e utensili da cucina, perfetta per preparare i pasti in autonomia. La zona giorno comprende una confortevole area salotto con divano e TV a schermo piatto. Sono presenti due eleganti bagni privati, dotati di doccia, asciugacapelli e bidet. La struttura dispone di WiFi gratuito, aria condizionata, riscaldamento e accesso a una terrazza e un balcone dove potersi rilassare all'aria aperta. Sono incluse tutte le bollette e le pulizie delle zone comuni vengono effettuate ogni settimana. Il parcheggio pubblico è gratuito e non necessita di prenotazione. L'appartamento si trova in una zona strategica di Torino, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, che permette di raggiungere facilmente vari punti di interesse della città. La distanza dalle principali università è comoda: il Politecnico di Torino è raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti con i mezzi pubblici, l'Università degli Studi di Torino in circa 15 minuti e il Campus Luigi Einaudi in circa 20 minuti.
