Bed for rent in twin room with private bathroom. The average size, including the bathroom, is approximately 21 m2. The room is composed of a study area with two desks and its seats, two wardrobes with one door, two 100 cm beds (one with a large lower drawer and one integrated with wardrobes), two shelves, microwave, fridge, a mirror, two notice boards. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The private bathroom measures approximately 3 m2. and is equipped with a comfortable shower. The services available are a common kitchen, gym & sport zone, play area, co-working & co-studying spaces, relax area, full-service laundry, multimedia area, a rooftop equipped with BBQ, a large internal courtyard, cycle storage, and an extraordinary rooftop basketball court. Included there will also be bimonthly cleaning, fully furniture kitchen kit and lockers, social projects, community events, high speed Wi-Fi, concierge service, utilities. The optional services upon request include extra cleaning, final cleaning, underground parking, extra space for sports equipment and luggage. It is also possible to choose the floor of the room.
