Bedroom with shared bathroom. It is nested within an apartment with 3 rooms (two single rooms and a twin room in total) with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and TV . The size of the room is approximately 13 m2. The room consists of a configurable bed of 100, 120 or 140 cm with a large lower drawer, a study area with desk and seat, day module for microwave, two-door wardrobe, bookcase, fridge, a mirror, and notice board. The room can also have an applicable private terrace in the quiet and reserved Tollegno building with a limited availability. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The services available are a common kitchen, gym & sport zone, play area, co-working & co-studying spaces, relax area, full-service laundry, multimedia area, a rooftop equipped with BBQ, a large internal courtyard, cycle storage, and an extraordinary rooftop basketball court. Included there will also be bimonthly cleaning, fully furniture kitchen kit and lockers, social projects, community events, high speed Wi-Fi, concierge service, utilities.
Optional upgrade upon availability:
- 120 cm bed -> increase of 45€ per month
- 140 cm bed -> increase of 70€ per month
- private terrace -> increase of 150€ per month
