Double room with two beds and private bathroom. It is nested within a 42 m2 mini apartment with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, TV and living room. The size of the room is approximately 21 m2. The room is composed of a study area with two desks and two seats, two wardrobes with two doors, two beds of 100 cm with a large lower drawer, fridge, mirror, two bookcases and two notice boards. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The services available are a common kitchen, gym & sport zone, play area, co-working & co-studying spaces, relax area, full-service laundry, multimedia area, a rooftop equipped with BBQ, a large internal courtyard, cycle storage, and an extraordinary rooftop basketball court. Included there will also be bimonthly cleaning, fully furniture kitchen kit and lockers, social projects, community events, high speed Wi-Fi, concierge service, utilities.
The optional services upon request include extra cleaning, final cleaning, underground parking, extra space for sports equipment and luggage.
Optional upgrade upon availability:
