La stanza è dotata di letto singolo, armadio 3 ante, scrivania con portaoggetti, comodino, tendaggi, specchio, poltroncina e libreria.
APPARTAMENTO Situato al secondo piano, luminoso e molto spazioso. 120 mq di superficie. È composto da cucinino e cucina abitabile, 1 bagno e 4 stanze singole. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata.
La zona è residenziale ed il contesto è particolarmente tranquillo e molto apprezzato dagli studenti. Zona molto servita, vicina a tutti i principali servizi, come supermercato, fermata dell'autobus, farmacia, bowling. A pochi passi dal polo universitario di Grugliasco e posizione molto comoda per raggiungere anche il Politecnico di Torino.
Tutte le stanze sono moderne, luminose e curate nel minimo dettaglio.
Non sarà richiesta agli inquilini alcuna intestazione di utenze.
