This shared 4-bedroom apartment provides a comfortable living situation with all bills included in the rental price and useful furnishings such as a private washing machine and equipped kitchen. La stanza è dotata di letto singolo, armadio a 2 ante, scrivania con portaoggetti, comodino, tendaggi, specchio e libreria. I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.
APPARTAMENTO Situato al quinto ed ultimo piano, molto luminoso e spazioso. 90 mq di superficie. È composto da cucina abitabile, 1 Bagno e 4 stanze singole. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata.
La zona è residenziale e centralissima. Il contesto è particolarmente piacevole e molto apprezzato dagli studenti. Zona molto servita, vicina a tutti i principali servizi, come supermercato, fermate della metropolitana "Nizza" , "Dante", "Marconi" e "Porta Nuova", farmacia. A pochi passi dalle facoltà di Architettura presso il Castello del Valentino, Fisica e Chimica presso i Dipartimenti di Via Pietro Giuria ed a tutti i principali ospedali di Torino per le facoltà di medicina ed infermieristica.
Tutte le stanze sono moderne, luminose e curate nel minimo dettaglio.
Non sarà richiesta agli inquilini alcuna intestazione di utenze.
