La stanza è dotata di letto singolo, armadio 2 ante, cassettiera, scrivania con portaoggetti, comodino, tendaggi, specchio e libreria. I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.
APPARTAMENTO Situato al quarto piano, luminoso e molto spazioso. 140 mq di superficie. È composto da cucina abitabile, 2 Bagni e 5 stanze singole. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata.
La zona è residenziale ed il contesto è particolarmente tranquillo e piacevole, molto apprezzato dagli studenti per la comodità al Politecnico e al centro. Zona molto servita, vicina a tutti i principali servizi, come supermercato, fermata dell'autobus, tram e farmacia.
Tutte le stanze sono moderne, luminose e curate nel minimo dettaglio.
Non sarà richiesta agli inquilini alcuna intestazione di utenze.
Il canone mensile è comprensivo di TUTTE le spese => FORMULA ALL INCLUSIVE, composto da:
