It is equipped with a big fridge + freezer, oven, microwave oven, washing machine + dryer, dishwasher. The bathroom has a big shower box with jacuzzi and radio fm.
The relax corner has a comfortable and large sofa, with a carpet, a LG smart tv. There is a particular table, transforming into a multiplaying table, like a pool table, a table tennis, an air hockey table, and a table football. Present also many other games, like chess, dice, etc.
Fastweb wi-fi in all the house. There is a reception, and a tree-lined courtyard. Place for parking bicycles, or a car.
