Alloggio molto comodo per il Politecnico che dista circa 700 metri a piedi e per tutte le altre università .
A 100 metri fermata di vari bus, a 350 metri stazione della metro Bernini per raggiungere il centro e tutte le direzioni.
Per questo alloggio è previsto il servizio di pulizia delle parti comuni, 2 volte al mese comprese nella tariffa.
