Alloggio al piano rialzato di un palazzo storico e ben curato con ascensore, appartamento composto da 3 camere indipendenti , in ogni camera è presente un bagno privato e un angolo cucina, quest’utima attrezzata di tutto, frigo grande , piastre a induzione, microonde e tutti gli accessori per cucinare, inoltre nella stanza troverete TV , tavolo ,sedie oltre a un letto singolo con ponte trasformabile in letto matrimoniale.
Unica cosa in comune per tutte le camere sono la lavatrice e asciugatrice posti nell’entrata dell’alloggio.
CASA SANTARITA si trovono in una delle zone più belle e sicure di Torino, che si chiama zona Santa Rita, nelle vicinanze dell'alloggio ci sono negozi di tutti i generi, ristoranti, mercato rionale aperto tutte le mattine e tanti supermercati di vari marchi.
A pochi metri di distanza c'è piazza D'Armi un punto verde bellissimo per fare attività sportive, infine a a circa 100/150 metri fermate di vari bus per raggiungere tutte le università e il centro città.
All'interno del cortile possibilità di parcheggiare le biciclette.
