La struttura è composta da un grande luminoso ambiente a vista, con spazio giardino privato, cucina arredata con lavatrice e lavastoviglie, divano letto due posti, bagno con doccia, camera matrimoniale e soppalco. La zona è molto tranquilla, fuori dalla ZTL, parcheggio libero ed a a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro città. Se si preferisce per la notte possibilità di parcheggio in una vicinissima autorimessa. Molto adatto a coppie, singoli.
