This stylish 25 m² studio apartment with 1 bathroom is for rent on Via del Carmine in Centro. The combined kitchen/living room/bedroom is well-equipped with a double sofa bed, table and chairs and small kitchen.
There are plenty of shops nearby, including a supermarket and pharmacy, as well as a few restaurants. The Santuario della Consolata church and the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist are also nearby, and great places to explore.
What we liked the most
- There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving so there is plenty of space for your belongings.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern with a splash of colour, and a shower, toilet and sink.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment, but there is a laundromat within a 15-minute walk.
- There is no oven, but there is a microwave.
