Studio located on the ground floor of a house in line in the historic center of Udine. It is a newly renovated studio with a sofa bed on the wall, so it is in fact a double bed. The kitchen is small but functional, there is no oven. The heating is autonomous and electric. There is no air conditioning because it is not necessary given the size of the perimeter stone walls, well insulated, but the property is equipped with a dehumidifier. The washing machine is also a dryer. The area is well served by public transport and the train and bus station is easily reachable on foot.
