Brand new 70 sqm apartment on the first floor in a building in the Udine Nord residential area. The property is located above a famous pastry shop / bar and enjoys large and welcoming spaces. In the large living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and the living area with sofa bed and workstation for smart working. The sleeping area is divided by a hallway that gives access to the bathroom, the closet and the double bedroom complete with a spacious wardrobe and the single bedroom. The bathroom with window has a shower.
