Two-room apartment on the ground floor of an elegant condominium located in the residential area of via L. da Vinci near the school center and the hospital. This is a recently renovated two-room apartment. The entrance is directly on the living room with kitchenette, sofa and work station, from the kitchen there is access to the veranda which is equipped with furniture and washing machine. The bathroom is large and has a window. The master bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. The heating is centrally located. The property is equipped with air conditioning. The area is well served by public transport, close to the hospital and the main universities and the location is strategic to reach all directions.
