This apartment is spacious, sunny, and conveniently located close to the University of Valencia. It features a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, and washing machine, as well as a large, bright living room. From the living room you can access the lovely terrace, with ample space to enjoy coffee in the morning or dinner during Valencia's warm summer nights. There is one shared bathroom with a tub, and all of the bedrooms are furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Carrer del Poeta Altet is within walking distance of the city center, and the Benimaclet neighborhood is fun and bustling.
