There is a 3-bedroom apartment for rent located in the Benimaclet area, just a short walk from University of Valencia and Jardines del Real. All rooms are fully furnished, and the apartment comes with a fantastic balcony, accessible from the luminous living room. With a metro, tramway and bus station seconds away, you will be well connected with the city centre, as well as the sunny beach, providing you the best of both worlds. The area of the apartment is 75m2.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony, accessible from the living room, features fantastic 4th floor views of the area.
  • Valencia University is just a 20 minute bus ride or a 30 minute walk away.
  • You can reach the picturesque Jardines del Real in just a few minutes!

  • Please note that the apartment does not have a heating system.
