Rooms for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment is available to rent in Cabañal. The property has the most idyllic of locations, as it is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 30-minute bus ride from the centre, so living here you really can have the best of both worlds. This location is also perfect for students, as you can arrive at the Universitat Politècnica de València in under 20 minutes thanks to great local public transport links.

The property is beautifully and classically decorated throughout and has a lovely character. The kitchen is open plan and maps out onto the living area which is great for anyone who loves to host guests. It is also fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils that you'll need to cook up a storm and has plenty of seating space which makes it even more ideal. The property is fitted with A/C which is perfect for the hot Spanish summers.
