All accommodations around the building, supermarkets, fruits and veggies stores, bakeries, tabac. It is a family and nice community building. Last floor with lift. 86m2. 2 bedrooms one with AC - one with fan. The apartment is very bright and full equipped with modern and antiquity furnitures and art. There is a balcony east oriented. the apartment has electric heating. Looking for quiet, careful, clean and responsible people, caring for energies. Parties and pets are not allowed.
