El apartamento y el edificio están recientemente renovados. El barrio es muy interesante, pintoresco y seguro. Se trata de un edificio histórico protegido, en una calle semi-peatonal muy tranquila, a escasos metros de las plazas del Carmen y del Tossal, del río, de las Torres de Quart y de Serranos, de la Lonja, del Mercado Central y de Mossen Sorell, de la Catedral, de la Basílica, del Palau de la Generalitat y del Ayuntamiento de Valencia, pues está en pleno casco histórico.
No hay ascensor pero no es necesario pues se encuentra en la primera planta.
El apartamento es muy acogedor y cuenta con todas las facilidades.
Tiene dos dormitorios con armarios empotrados con ventanas al exterior, uno de matrimonio y otro individual. La habitación individual (por las dimensiones de la cama y el espacio) es para una persona de doce años de edad como máximo. También cuenta con balcón a la calle.
