With over 8 years of experience in the market, we have excelled in providing quality service and exceptional customer care.
We strive to offer our clients a unique and comfortable accommodation experience. Therefore, we make sure that our properties are located in the most central and convenient areas of the city and have all the necessary amenities to make our clients feel at home.
In addition, to ensure a comfortable stay, we provide bed linens and towel sets. We also use an automated management system, which allows us to provide an efficient and seamless service.
Our main focus is our guests and their comfort. We are always available to help with anything they need and are committed to providing personalized, quality service.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Registration is not allowed
Expenses (water, WIFI and gas) are included up to a spending limit of 60€ for the rooms, and 50€ for apartments. Electricity and any excess of bills up to 60/50€ will be divided equally between the tenants.
The owner provides a weekly cleaning services. Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment.
(Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36€, this is divided by the number of tenants).
CHECKIN HOURS : Mon - Fri 10:30am - 20:00pm
We do NOT do check-in on weekends, in the case of needing it will have an extra cost of 30€ and is subject to staff availability.
Admin fee 125€
Max age 40 years
Couples are not allowed in a rooms.
1 month of rent is mandatory
Final cleaning rooms 60 euros.
Final cleaning for apartments 90 euros.
