What we liked the most

  • The windows are double glazed keeping the apartment quiet and peaceful.
  • Bedroom 2 is the only room with access to the street balcony.
  • There are heat and cold air ducting so the weather won't be a problem.
  • There is an interior patio – a perfect place to enjoy the good weather.
  • The location is ideal for students, well-connected to the Universitat Politècnica de València and Univeristy of Valencia.
  • The Malvarrosa beach is just a 10-minute walk away.
