FIVE MIN FAR, WALKING, TO UPV, UNIVERSITY OF VALENCIA, BLASCO IBAÑES. Cozy, exceptionaly spacious, modern, full equiped, sunny, bright and ventilated, totally renovated. One minute far from buses, restaurants, public bikes. Beaches twelve min far. Large three bedrooms all with climalit windows. Air conditioned/heating on each room and at the living room too. Not bottles need to collect their water. Fast wifi, dishwacher, washing machines, gas, electricity, water and a monthly clean included in the monthly rent. The apartment is furnished with everything you could imagine you will need also at the kitchen. Good sheets, towells, nordic quilt, pillows and more are served. Backyard. Perfect for three foreign students who apreciate to live in a pretty apt coming for Erasmus, interchages or Cy experience up to five months from sept to end of january or from september to june. By law we are forced to ask two months bail but we can organice it
