This 82 m², 3-bedroom apartment available to rent is near the beach in Cabañal. The apartment has modern furnishings and has bit of everything with a balcony, terrace, and AC. There is an eat-in kitchen that comes fully equipped and a spacious living room. The apartment has wood flooring and big double glazed windows.

The apartment is located in the Cabañal of the popular Poblats Marítims district. Known as a fishing village, you can find plenty of delicious restaurants but are also surrounded by other basic amenities. The best part? You are only a 10-minute walk to the beach and also 5-minute walk to the UV and UPV universities.

What we liked the most

  • The windows are double glazed keeping the apartment quiet and peaceful.
  • Bedroom 2 is the only room with access to the street balcony.
  • There are heat and cold air ducting so the weather won't be a problem.
  • There is an interior patio – a perfect place to enjoy the good weather.
  • The location is ideal for students, well-connected to the Universitat Politècnica de València and University of Valencia.
  • The Malvarrosa beach is just a 10-minute walk away.
  • Cleaning service included once per month
