This is a 5th-floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Pintor Gisbert in central Valencia. It has an open-plan living-dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and the bonus of two balconies and AC.

It is perfect for a family wanting to live in a trendy neighbourhood even with kids. This place has everything you need for family life - and lots of fun things to do on your doorstep. Smoking's allowed in some areas - just ask the landlord.

What we liked the most

  • Cranking up the AC come summer - phew.
  • Getting fresh fruit and veg no problem - the Mercat de Ruzafa is just around the corner.
  • Having a storage room for all that clutter - yay.
