A charming apartment on a quiet residential street with no through traffic in one of the best neighbourhoods in Valencia. Away from the noisy and crowded centre but just five minutes from the Turia Gardens and eight minutes to the Torre Serrano and entrance to the old city. The neighbourhood itself is safe and local with many shops, bars, supermarkets and great transport links to the beach and the airport. The apartment is quiet and spacious for one to two people with a separate bright office space for remote working. The building has five other apartments. No parties or loud music please and always respect the neighbours!
