La playa es prácticamente privada y está vacía casi todo el año. La casa está completamente reformada, equipada y decorada, no es un apartamento vacacional vacacional. Dispone de colchones de alta calidad, toallas y ropa de cama, vajilla y menaje de cocina. Es necesario disponer de vehículo para llegar, no hay ningún tipo de transporte publico. No es tampoco ir de fiesta, no hay nada alrededor, es un lugar para descansar o teletrabajar
