A bright breezy first floor flat with video intercom, an outside patio, great neighbours, Consum supermarket close by, as well as the indoor market Monday to Friday for fresh fruits & vegetables.
Local market is on Tuesdays. Direct tram line to the city centre passing the Oceanographic, the Túria riverbed, the El Saler Shopping Center and Rusafa with easy driving connection to the airport highway as well as buses to the nearby Malvarossa beach .
The local sport centre has an Olympic indoor pool, aqua gym,tennis, basketball & football fields.
The skateboard pumptrack and health centre are walking distance as well as yoga classes. The barrio has many bakeries, chemists, bars, hairdressers, a beauty salons.
The flat has been recently partially renovated keeping some original features and offers wifi , double induction plates, large Air fryer , Coffee machine, toaster, cool/heat tower, fans and blankets in both bedrooms ( a double and a single bed) ,new large comfy sofabed , tv, washing machine & ironing facilities and fridge freezer.
